Coaches & Managers

One of the essential functions of coaches and team managers is to manage team communications with players and their families.  If you are a coach or team manager, SportsEngine has created a Team Management Guide for Coaches and Team Managers to help you use our website and mobile app to efficiently and effectively communicate and manage your teams.

All coaching positions at Danbury Youth Baseball require Cal Ripken Coaching certification. Visit https://us.humankinetics.com/products/coaching-youth-baseball-the-babe-ruth-league-way for more information.

Additionally, all coaches must complete an online abuse prevention training course and pass a national background check before being allowed on the field to coach. The abuse prevention training and background check process are integrated into the Membership profile of each coach.
